Hi, I'm Kristine,

Growing up, my best friend and I dreamed of becoming Psychologists and opening a practice together. As we entered college, our career interests changed and our combined childhood dream turned into a fond memory. One thing that did not change, however, was my passion for helping others.

So what did I do instead? I earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration. I had visions of becoming an executive in a bank or a big corporation somewhere. Yet, my plans were altered once again. My sweetheart and I married and had two beautiful children. My desire to be a wife and mom took over the urge to climb a corporate ladder. My love of numbers kept me in finance, and my fondness for people eventually led me to human resources. At one point in my own health journey, a friend encouraged me to get certified in group fitness and I taught for several years.

In spite of my years of education and experience,  I faced my own self-imposed challenges. My venture with health and fitness has not been free from error and landed me on the weight roller-coaster more times than I want to admit. My husband and I have made many mistakes with our personal finances until a friend invited us to a Financial Peace course. We finally got on a dedicated plan for our money which has gotten us through some pretty tough times while eradicating debt. In addition, we joined an online ministry to help others who were faced with similar personal challenges offering coaching and accountability.

For the past few years, I have felt a challenge to do something different. The ideals that drew me to psychology were still there, but on a whole new level. Instead of focusing more on mental health, my purpose is to guide people in discovering their own model of success. By working through obstacles that limit them to unproductive patterns, they can begin using their gifts and talents that come naturally to propel them forward.

One piece of the puzzle that seems to continually elude people is consistent accountability. Repeatedly, I have witnessed partnerships to keep one another on track fall through the cracks. This is what makes FAITH Strides a little different than other Coaching programs - by offering dedicated and consistent accountability at the level you need.

If you have read this far, my guess is something has resonated with you. Chances are, I have been in similar situations as you and I am here to help. Mistakes often come with self-incrimination and embarrassment; however, I promise you that none of that will come from me. Let me help you achieve your goals.

I would love to chat!

Kristine
